Valle Valle & Partners, an Architecture, Interior Design and Town Planning firm, were the architects and interior designers for this project. Their focus is on creating memorable places for future generations to enjoy and this project encapsulates that.
Designed mindfully, the residence sits elevated to mitigate the impacts of rising sea levels, improve airflow and enhance the residents’ overall well-being. With a floating staircase projecting outward and a tapered facade receding into it, the raised front entrance was designed to strengthen a sense of grandeur, serving as a portal into a unique and transformative home as guests pass through its 14-foot-high door.
